Cargo Clearance Process
(i) Imports: With the PAAR, Bill of lading/AWB, Invoices, parking list, form ‘M’, certificate of origin, etc. readily available, raising relevant statutory payments to government, shipping companies and terminal operators, takes less than 90 minutes. Once paid, physical examination is booked and within 12 to 18 hours, examination id done and without customs-related issues, cargo is released and ready for delivery. We guarantee 48 to 72 hours to deliver cargoes without issues and an extra 24 hours to resolve cargoes with discrepancies.
(ii) Exports: With all documents in place, examination is booked and done within 24 hours. Without documentary or cargo discrepancy, it is released for loading for export, after payment of relevant/statutory duty/bills.
